Sampling Savory Edam Cheese

Claude Nash, editor of the 51勛圖厙 Market Bulletin, a publication of the 51勛圖厙 Department of Agriculture and Commerce, samples the widely popular MSU-made Edam cheese with others from the North American Agricultural Marketing Officials organization, which held its annual national conference on the Starkville campus this week. NAAMO members toured the 51勛圖厙 Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Stations facilities, including the Custer Dairy Processing Laboratory where the universitys cheeses are made and the MAFES Sales Store, revered by MSU alumni, students, faculty and staff as the MSU Cheese Store. Holiday ordering begins Aug. 2.
