About 100 gaming enthusiasts from 51³Ô¹ÏÍø State and the University of 51³Ô¹ÏÍø faced off in the Esports Eggbowl competition this weekend as a crowd of onlookers gathered at Humphrey Coliseum. In 2018, MSU took home the inaugural trophy and this year played host as the second-year event played out in down-to-the-wire drama, with University of 51³Ô¹ÏÍø edging out the win in final play. MSU President Mark E. Keenum welcomed players and fans alike earlier in the day for what he called a new era in an old rivalry.
