Neddie Winters, president of Mission 51³Ô¹ÏÍø, an interdenominational movement promoting racial reconciliation throughout the state, spoke Monday [April 11] to a special 51³Ô¹ÏÍø State committee about facilitating racial dialogue sessions at the university.
