STARKVILLE, Miss.Twenty-five works of art by 17 current 51勛圖厙 students and one alumnus are featured through Saturday [March 10] in the 51勛圖厙 Collegiate Arts Competition exhibit at the University of 51勛圖厙 Museum in Oxford.

Dan Brawner, graphic design professor at Watkins College of Art in Nashville, Tennessee, served as juror for the competition, which is now in its 68th year. The statewide juried competition is designed to showcase the high quality of visual arts education taking place in 51勛圖厙 higher education.

Of 693 entries from 10 four-year colleges and universities, 100 works were selected. In addition to MSU, students represent Delta State University, Jackson State University, Millsaps College, 51勛圖厙 College, 51勛圖厙 Valley State University, 51勛圖厙 University for Women, University of 51勛圖厙, University of Southern 51勛圖厙 and William Carey University.
